Each ring is custom made so no two rings are alike. Your ring comes with an incredibly comfortable Comfort-Fit inside the ring.
Kuro-Ti is made from two varieties of Titanium which are bonded together and twisted to give the unique pattern. The metal is heated, and the different Titanium alloys react at different rates to the heating process and turn colors at different times. Kuro-Ti is different from other similar materials such as Timascus or Moku-ti in the fact that once etched, the anodized colors lay down in the grooves and are protected from wear and fading.
This ring comes with a comfort-fit inside the ring, which means that the center of the ring is true to size and gets slightly larger toward the edges of the ring. The comfort fit makes it easier to get the ring on and off, and fits more comfortably on the finger. Keeping that in mind, if you were sized based on standard fit rings some people like to order their ring slightly smaller than their ring size (normally a quarter size smaller), if they like their rings to be snug on their finger.
- Kuro-Ti rings will have a color variation of blue, purple, red, brown and/or silver. We cannot guarantee the pattern or colors on specific cuts of Kuro-Ti as the heating and anodizing process that brings that out is done after the ring is made. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting which colors or pattern will be on your ring as the anodizing takes a little differently on every cut of Kuro-Ti despite being exposed to the exact same process.
