Because we cannot size you personally, we will make the ring in the size you provide us. It is the customer’s responsibility to be certain of size before ordering. Please DOUBLE CHECK the options that you have selected on your ring. We ARE NOT responsible for errors while ordering.
There is always the possibility of slight sizing discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler. We use United States/Canada Size as our sizing scale. Our sizing is set to International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Sizing for our comfort fit rings is digitally sized once the ring is finished and a 2nd time during our quality check, before the item(s) ship.
We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers. The safest option is to have your size checked at a reputable jewelry store or local jeweler. Please bear in mind that all of our rings come standard with comfort fit.
We are also familiar with International and Foreign sizing. If you need help converting your sizes to US sizing, please contact us for instruction.
Warranty and Size Exchanges
Buy with confidence. All of our rings have a Lifetime Warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing, we will service it free of charge for the life of the ring. Contact us directly if you have a warranty issue.
Because each ring is Custom Made to the customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns for refunds. We accept Size Exchanges only. There is a Size Exchange Fee of 10% of the original retail price of the order, within 30 days of delivery. For any size exchange after 30 days, the fee is 40% of the original price. The Exchange Fee covers the cost of the new ring. Return shipping is $10 extra for the USA and $16 International. If you need to do a Size Exchange, please contact us via the contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchange instructions.
Size Exchanges can be made for the same style ring and do not allow for any changes in the ring style to be made. (Width, Inlays, Etc.) If any changes in the style are requested, the 40% fee will apply.
Once the original ring is returned and fees are paid, we will then make & ship a new ring. Exchanging a ring of greater value for the exchange fee, is not an option. We will only exchange the ring ONCE. No exceptions.
We, the seller, retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused. All representations made about this item are based upon description provided by the manufacturer of the product.
All rings will come with the standard Stonebrook Jewelry Logo engraved on the inside of the ring. (Except for rings with Wood Sleeves)
We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminatory language. In the event that we cannot engrave your custom text, we will refund you for your engraving.
Our Engraving Removal fee is $15.
Standard Shipping is FREE. There is no additional charge for combined items.
Our standard Shipping method is USPS First Class. First Class Shipments average 5-7 business days depending on location, from Utah. Priority and Express shipping are available as options during checkout for additional costs. All of our orders are shipped with insurance.
Our standard shipping method for International customers is USPS First Class International.
We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item and NO additional charges for combined items. For International orders, your parcel may take 6 to 15 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties. We will mark your package as a gift and ship in generic packaging.
